These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you visit clkly.xyz, the marketing site, sign up for an account, or otherwise interact with any service operated by UtilitySEO Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

To use most features you must register for an account. You agree to:

- Notify us promptly at the support email above if you suspect unauthorised access
4. Workspaces and billing
Plans are billed at the workspace level. The workspace owner is the billing contact. Team members invited to a paid workspace inherit the workspace's features at no additional per-seat cost (subject to any member limits set on the plan or by us). Pricing and plan terms are described on our pricing page.
5. Changes to the service
We continuously improve Clkly. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes that negatively affect paying customers.
6. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and/or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UtilitySEO Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
